When you submit a contact request, we receive the name, phone number, email address, and optional message you provide. Home-value requests also include a property address. Both forms are processed by Formspark, which stores submissions for our team and sends email notifications to designated team inboxes. We use those details to respond to your request; property addresses are not posted on this website or the public sales map. We do not currently offer account creation or payment collection. If you call, text, or email us directly, we may also receive the information you choose to share so we can respond and assist with potential or active real estate services.

Automatic website information

This website does not currently use advertising cookies or analytics tools. Standard technical information may still be processed by the website hosting service to operate, secure, and troubleshoot the site, such as an IP address, browser type, requested page, and access time. Formspark also processes the submitter’s IP address and request details to deliver submissions, filter spam, and secure the form.
